Requests for product returns must be made within 30 days of original sale. Products returned must be in the original sealed packaging to get credit. All returned products are subject to a 20% - 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipment back to the warehouse.
If any product you received is defective or damaged we will exchange the product at no cost to you.
To start a return or to replace a defective item contact us via email at email@example.com with your order number(s), product number(s) and quantity of each product number you would like to return.
We will email you back with further instructions within 48 hours (weekdays only). Please, do not return items without contacting us first as all returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number for you to receive credit.
